Modernising Public Procurement - the Commission's Proposals
On 20 December 2011 the EU Commission published its proposals for 3 new directives, a new public sector directive replacing directive 2004/18, a new utilities directive replacing directive 2004/17 and a new directive regulating concessions. The proposal follows a year of consultation by the Commission.
