After studying History of Art at UCL, I took a sabbatical to be Student Union President. Having been involved in the debating society and representing students at a national level, I have a strong interest in social and public policy and so it felt a natural progression to pursue a career in law.

On completing the GDL in 2007, I worked at White Cube and then at Warner Bros. in their legal departments. I certainly met some interesting personalities during this time and enjoyed pretending to be important when I went to private views or premieres!

I completed the LPC in 2010 and embarked on a three months trip to South America, where I climbed volcanoes and enjoyed the fine vintages of the Chilean and Argentinean vineyards. I am planning a trip to the Falkland Islands, where my family is from.

I enjoy going to the gym and keeping fit, which probably makes me a freak of nature.

Having completed vacation schemes at City firms, I found them pretty uninspiring so knew that I wanted to be with a firm that provided a lot of client contact and responsibility from day one, with an open and friendly culture. I have been made to feel very much part of the firm.
